You have the right to free speech up until you use that speech to cause fear of violence and harm. I still disagree with the decision from the 1977 Nazi march in Skokie, Illinois. It's free speech if you print your antisemitism in a book or preach it in your own building. When you march dressed like Nazis in a Jewish neighborhood that is intimidation and a threat directly to the community. I really think, in most decisions, Justice Thomas is a misguided outlier but I agree with him on this one.
